Online application procedure and documents for Konkan Board flats through MHADA Lottery 2021
The Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) is holding a lottery draw for those keen to purchase a low-cost home under the jurisdiction of the Konkan Housing Board. Applications have to be submitted online only as per the procedure and schedule mentioned below. Know whether you are eligible to apply. What is the price of MHADA flats and locations for 2013 lottery application
The application form for the 2013 MHADA lottery will be available from today 2p.m. as stated by the Maharashtra Housing
and Area Development Authority. Prospective buyers can submit their application for the various tenements as per their income group. Note, though, that not all the tenements are complete. Some are under construction while others are constructed but awaiting O.C.[Check: 2014 MHADA Lottery Scheme]

2012 MHADA lottery winners ineligible candidates appeal process
Those who applied for and
won flats at Mira Road
through the 2012 MHADA lottery but who were declared ineligible can appeal the rejection.
Over 700 winners of these flats were declared ineligible due to not having been
able to furnish the requisite documents or for having made an application in a

2013 MHADA flats lottery sale at Virar and Vengurla
The Maharashtra Housing and Development
Authority (MHADA) will be putting on sale over 2000 flats via a lottery system
next year in May 2013. Out of this number, about 150 flats will be at Vengurla
in the Konkan region while the rest will be in Virar. The winners of the
lottery will get possession of the flats in 2014 as stated by MHADA.

2013 MHADA lottery preview
Next year, MHADA will be having a lottery for 4,356 houses. However, this lottery will not be available for the High Income Group (HIG) buyers who are earning more than Rs.40,000 per month. The homes will only be available for the Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). Price of the flats of Mumbai Board for the 2013 lottery is here . Locations of MHADA flats for May 2012 lottery
The MHADA houses which will be available for a lottery draw in May 2012 will have reservations for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, families of defence personnel, MHADA employees, Govt. quota (2%), etc. The no. of houses reserved in each income group and location varies. Online application form for MHADA Mumbai flats May 2012 lottery
MHADA is holding a lottery draw for applicants wishing to own a budget home in Mumbai. The low cost homes in Mumbai and Mira Road are available for various income groups. The application for these homes can only be done online and the printed receipt has to be submitted to a designated branch of Axis Bank. The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA) and
the Konkan Housing and Area Development Board (a regional unit of MHADA) is
having a sale by lottery of 867 tenements in Mumbai and 1726 tenements at Mira Road under the
