The application form for the 2013 MHADA lottery will be available from today 2p.m. as stated by the Maharashtra Housing
and Area Development Authority. Prospective buyers can submit their application for the various tenements as per their income group. Note, though, that not all the tenements are complete. Some are under construction while others are constructed but awaiting O.C.[Check: 2014 MHADA Lottery Scheme]
Readers are requested to check the official MHADA website to confirm the housing scheme details given below and to check the number of flats and reservations for each income group.

2013 MHADA homes for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
These buyers should have an average family income of less than ₹8,000/-

2013 MHADA homes for the High Income Group (HIG)
These buyers should have an average family income ₹40,001 and above
