On the occasion of Gudi Padwa earlier this month, CIDCO announced the sale of tenements in their various Housing schemes in Navi Mumbai, for which an online lottery draw will be conducted in May 2022.
Locations
The 278 tenements that will be available for sale through the online lottery draw are CIDCO's Vastu-Vihar-Celebration, Valleyshilp, and Seawoods in the city of Navi Mumbai.
Scheme Highlights
There are a total of 278 tenements, with 144 tenements for the Higher Income Group (HIG) and 134 tenements for the Middle Income Group (MIG). The tenements are located in nodes that are well-connected with the mass rapid transport system.
HIG Tenements: 136 at Valleyshilp Housing Scheme in Kharghar + 8 at Seawwods NRI Housing Scheme in Nerul.
MIG Tenements: 16 at Vastu/Vihar-Celebration in Kharghar + 118 at Valleyshilp Housing Scheme in Kharghar.
Schedule with Key dates
- Registration begins: 2nd April 2022 at 12noon.
- Registration ends: 29th April 2022 at 8a.m.
- Submission of online applications begins: 4th April 2022 at 12noon.
- Submission of online applications ends: 30th April 2022 at 23.59hrs.
- Online payment begins: 4th April 2022 at 12noon.
- Online payment ends: 30th April 2022 at 23.59hrs.
- Draft list of accepted applicants will be published on 5th May 2022 at 5p.m.
- Final list of accepted applicants will be published on 10th May 2022 at 5p.m.
- Date of online lottery draw: 17th May 2022 at 11.30a.m.
