On the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa earlier this month, CIDCO announced the schedule of an e-tender cum e-auction process for the lease of plots for residential use in various nodes of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Scheme Highlights
The residential plots are available under Scheme no. 25 as follows-
The minimum area is 40.19sqm
The maximum area is 399.46sqm
The locations are Airoli, Ghansoli, Nerul, Kharghar, Panvel, and Kalamboli nodes of Navi Mumbai. The nodes have good infrastructure facilities, including connectivity.
Schedule with Key dates
- Payment for document fee for the Closed Bid begins on 2nd April 2022 at 11 a.m. up to 25th April 2022 at 23.59hrs.
- Payment of EMD fee for the Closed Bid begins on 2nd April 2022 at 11 a.m. up to 25th April 2022 at 23.59hrs.
- Submission of Closed Bids will on 2nd April 2022 at 11 a.m. and will be up to 25th April 2022 at 23.59hrs.
- Payment of document fee for the e-auction will begin on 2nd April 2022 and continue up to 26th April 2022 at 12noon.
- Payment of EMD fee for the e-auction will begin on 2nd April 2022 at 11 a.m. and continue up to 26th April 2022 at 12 noon.
- Online e-auction will start on 26th April 2022 at 11 a.m. and will continue up to 26th April 2022 at 18.00hrs.
- The result will be announced on 27th April 2022 at 15.00hrs.
