• Shiv Sena= 135 seats
• BJP= 63 seats
• RPI(A)= 29 seats

• NCP= 58 seats 
• Congress= 169 seats

Voter turnout in 2012 civic elections:

• Mumbai: 44%-45% 
• Thane: 52%
• Ulhasnagar: 43%
• Nashik: 58%
• Solapur: 58%
• Nagpur: 55%
• Pune: 53%
• Amravati: 58%
• Akola: 57%
• Pimpri-Chinchwad: 56% 

The magic number required to win in Mumbai is 114 seats.
